What is delphweb.net?
DelphWeb.net is a platform for Christadelphian Websites. “We” refers to the operators of the websites hosted on the delphweb.net platform and the Christadelphian Organisations that they represent.
The websites are hosted (and backed up) on servers in ISO 27001 / FedRAMP certified data centers and made available through a Content Delivery Network with points of presence throughout the world. If you submit your personal data to one of our websites your personal data will be securely transmitted to, stored and processed on servers residing in secure datacentres that are designed and operated to comply with globally recognised data privacy regulations.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google undertakes not to associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
The Google Analytics Cookies are not issued if you have a login to one of our sites, once you have logged in, and other than the IP Address currently assigned to your device, we do not transmit any other personal information to Google.
Bible Seminar Events
We offer seminar events on some of our websites. These are open to the public and we do collect registration information for the event(s). We collect your name, phone and email in order to coordinate the event capacity and to contact you about the event(s) or to let you know if we need to cancel or reschedule the event(s). We also collect the name(s) of other people you may be bringing to the events with you (for example a spouse, partner, relative, friend or neighbour), also to coordinate the capacity of the event(s). This information will be deleted from our servers within a month of the seminar series completing, and we will ask you at the end of the series if you wish contact to be maintained with you so that you can be invited to other seminars and events.
Youth Events & Youth Consent
Some of our websites are aimed at young people who are from Christadelphian families or regulary attend a Christadelphian Sunday School or Youth Group, and may offer the opportunity to book on to a Christadelphian youth event. In this case we will collect your name, gender, date of birth, if you are baptised, your ecclesia, home address, contact details, special requests, travel details, dietary requirements and medical requirements. This information is used to enable us to manage your booking on to the youth event. We will use your email address to contact you to confirm your booking on the event, communicate the arrangements for the event and communicate any payment information to you. The information we collect will be deleted from our servers with a month of the event completing.
If you are under 18 we will also collect contact information in case of an emergency, and your parent’s or guardian’s signature providing consent for you to participate in the activities that are being organised, and their consent for photographs to be taken during the youth event. We will also collate your parent’s or guardian’s email address. This information will be collated into an authorised consent form which will be shared with the emergency services should it be necessary to do so. The consent form will also be emailed to you and your parents using a secure link. We may re-use the consent form within the calendar year that it was created, if you attend another youth event organised by the same ecclesia. The consent form will deleted and hardcopies destroyed at the beginning of the next calendar year. Your parent’s or guardian’s email address will also be used to contact to confirm your booking on the event,communicate the arrangements for the event and communicate any payment information to you. The information we collect will be deleted from our servers with a month of the event completing.
On some of our websites there is a facility to register an account and login, which is intended for Christadelphians, ecclesial members and interested friends who attend our meetings on a regular basis. On registration a user profile will be created where we collect your name, ecclesia, if you are baptised and email address. You will create a username and password to secure your account and you will need a registration code (provided by the website operator) in order to access the site.
Once you have an account on a delphweb.net website you will be able to log in to any other delphweb.net website. Additional articles and material may be available once you have logged in. We will communicate with you if there are issues or updates to the operations of the website(s) that you need to be made aware of.
You may review, update or change your user profile at any time by logging into any delphweb.net website and going to your profile page.
You can also opt-in to regular email updates of new content that has been created on the website, by going to the notifications tab on your profile page.
You may be able to post comments on articles on the websites. If you do so whilst logged in your username will be displayed as the author of the comment. Other members of the website will see this as a link which will display your profile information. Your profile information is not made available to anonymous users (people browsing the website who are not logged in).
We will review user accounts on the website on an annual basis and remove any accounts that have not been used for more than a year.
Contact Us form
If you use the contact us form on one of the websites, you provide your name and email address so that we can respond to your question, request or feedback. The information you provide will only be used to address your contact submission.
Sharing your personal data
We will never disclose or sell your personal information to third parties, with the exception of your IP Address being shared with Google for the purpose of analytics as described in the Cookies section above. We will only use your information for the purposes outlined above.
Changes to our Privacy Statement
If our Privacy Statement changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures that you are always aware of what personal information we collect and how we use it.
